HP needed a special customer experience to promote their laptops, screens and printers available with a promotion for Amazon customers exclusively.
INSIGHT
We know that only 1 out of 5 customer looking for CE products on Amazon actually convert, with the rest going to a brick & mortar shop to get the right info the need to find the right product.
SoLUTION
We’ve created the HP Days: for a couple of week, HP laptops, screens and printers are available with a special discount via a custom Product Advisor, for each product type. Customers are proposed several prompts with several options to narrow down a list of discounted ASINs that fit their needs.
